Where We Are
Audiology Solutions is conveniently located in The Madison Building, next to the Westfield Shopping Centre, in Hornsby. We are on Level 1, next to the ENT Centre, which can be accessed via stairs or lift. The building and our clinic are wheelchair accessible.
By Car
Ticketed parking is available at Westfield Hornsby, or there is free parking at the corner of Burdett and George Streets.
By Train/Bus
From Hornsby Station, take the bridge over George Street, walking down Florence Street towards the Westfield Shopping Centre. Once at the fountain, turn left on to Hunter Street and walk past the ANZ Bank. The Madison Building will be on your left.

Urgent referrals
If you have a client who has experienced a sudden hearing loss, or has another urgent auditory condition, please call us on (02) 9477 6621. We will endeavour to see your client immediately.
You may make referrals directly to Audiology Solutions using your own referral letter or you can download and print a copy of our referral form.
Clients who have a doctor’s referral can claim a Medicare rebate for their hearing assessments.
